King of Ghouls

Hello! The next faction I'm working on is going with the working title of "thrice damned" Basically, any undead or evil sorcerer, creature of the night, or demon is marked by three curses which damn them and by which you can tell that they aren't mortal. This barbarian is a character of the group. He is mockingly referred to as King of the Ghouls by members of his clan because for his savagery and craving of human meat and his refusal to take on demonic forms. Enjoy!

Is it a scratchbuild or do you ve used any existing mini to convert? Never seen that ghoul before...
